Hi everyone,
I've started this blog to post weight watcher-friendly recipes for those who don't have access to the site and to post ones that I have created or modified. I will try to photograph each item to give you an idea of how it turns out and will calculate the points to the best of my ability. I would also like to have "guest chef's" post their own recipes since I know many good cooks. Today is an appropriate day to start this since I heard it was "anti-diet" day in Europe. Some group that believes if you overcome the mental want for food at certain times, there is no need for a diet. I would just like to promote healthy eating and yummy alternatives to many high cal high fat recipes. I'll also post tips on new ww friendly products and hopefully where they can be found. Enjoy!
